Enlarging the porch to give it a more prominent look and encourage friendly neighbourhood engagement. Full turn-key renovation with all labour, design and project management provided.
- Built with painted pine. Pine was primed all 6 sides prior to installation to ensure longevity
- Structural steel beam installed to circumvent location of buried water line
- Spindles hand-cut from 2x4s
- Gable peak and decorative moulding to define entryway
