Nepean: Main Floor Transformation
Scope of Work:
Removal of multiple walls to create an open kitchen environment
Budget:$150,000-$180,000
This main floor was transformed once much of the walls were removed, separating the kitchen from the living and dining room. Now a space where the family can interact while being in different spaces on the main floor. The new barstools allow for spaces to sit while in the kitchen, something that wasn’t possible before.
Renovation highlights include:
- Creamy white cabinetry paired with warm greige base cabinetry
- Silestone quartz countertops in Eternal Calacatta with Silestone Poblenou for the bartop with waterfall
- A custom cabinetry hood designed to fit a hoodfan insert
- Backsplash tile has a subtle handmade texture, it catches the light in a subdued way
- Luxury Vinyl Tile flooring in a white oak design
- Potlights and undercabinet lighting give the space layered lighting with dimmers for versatility
