These clients found a home in need of love and turned it into a space that perfectly reflects their personality. Full turn-key renovation with all labour, design and project management provided.
- Removed a wall to create a large master bedroom with increased closet space, and removed load bearing walls in the main area to open up the kitchen to the rest of the living space
- Bumped out an exterior wall to create enough space to add a dining room to the home
- Oak hardwood flooring throughout with stair details and an iron railing by entry
- New windows, front and back entry doors
- New interior doors and millwork throughout
- New fireplace with tile and mantle
